ADVENTURES IN GROWING FULL DAY CHILD CARE - for ages 3 to 5
Adventures in Growing (AIG) Child Care provides a nurturing environment that promotes each child's physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual development. We believe that children are curious about the world around them and that play is a child's work. Our curriculum is very much an emergent curriculum where we build on ideas begun by the children themselves. Children are quicker to learn if they themselves are invested in the idea. We are excited that Developmental Preschool is now a part of our program! Your child will have the opportunity to engage in preschool activities at no extra charge. Our preschool segment will take place in the AIG classroom with our staff but will follow the same guidelines as the half-day preschool that is currently a part of Wings Center (Imagination Station). Flexible Scheduling - 2 to 5 days per week (7am-6pm) High activity level due to unique Wings Center environment, including daily visits to Planet Kid indoor soft playground Weekly gymnastics-based motor development included! Swimming is included in the summer! Emphasis on Social and Behavioral skills Caring adult caregivers: city-licensed, CPR/1st Aid certified Communication with parents through semi-annual conferences and monthly newsletters Students may be enrolled for 2 to 5 days a week Kindergarten readiness through Preschool curriculum, art, cooking, sensory projects, and more! MONTHLY FULL-TIME TUITION (minimum 2 days a week)

2 days a week: $240
3 days a week: $336
4 days a week: $448
5 days a week: $560
The 2nd student in a family receives a 10% tuition discount
The 3rd family member triggers a 10% discount for all family tuitions

Registration Fee: Individual: $35 Family: $55
Due each September or as students first sign up.
Registration fee is waived if you choose to use our monthly Auto-Pay system!
• Registration fee amounts decrease in January to accommodate mid-season sign-ups
• NO REGISTRATION FEE IN THE SUMMER!

Reservation Fee: $50 per child
Required to hold your childcare spot
Will be applied toward first month's fee and is non-refundable

Supplies fee: $50 per student
Goes toward classroom materials and on-going teacher education.
• Supplies fee amount decreases in January to accommodate mid-season sign-ups

Students must be completely toilet-trained
10 to 1 child/counselor ratio
Students may be enrolled for 2 to 5 days a week
Each day begins as early as 7:00a and ends at 6:00p
Parents need to provide two snacks and a lunch daily
Enrollment limited to availability
We are closed major holidays

A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE...

Daily Greetings & Discovery Time- creates a sense of belonging to something bigger than themselves, name recognition, and social development with friends and teachers

Group Circle Time & Sharing- helps with introducing new students, language skills, self-expression, and respect of others' feelings

Music- develops literacy skills, rhythm, movement, and coordination

Development Art- fine motor skills, self-expression, color recognition, language skills, social skills, and cooperation

Physical Development- hand/eye development, balance, flexibility, spatial awareness, social skills, gross motor development

Cleanup- social skills, conflict resolution, sorting and grouping

Snack Time- development of social skills, self-help, conflict resolution

Story Time- Music, literacy skills, language skills
