Family Fun Night FAQ
(Elementary School Fundraisers)
In this day and age of school budget shortfalls it’s increasingly important for schools to raise money throughout the year. We would like to help. Our Family Fun Night event is not only a terrific way for your school to earn a few bucks, but also for your students and families to play and interact in a unique environment.
It’s a great combination of fun, physical activities for everyone; Planet Kid, bouldering and rope swinging in the rock gym, and inflatables. The kids play while the teachers and parents get to know one another – kind of a neighborhood thing.
HOW DO I SET ONE UP?
The process is simple. Give Jess a call at 208-376-3641 x 107 or send an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a Friday night from 6:00 to 8:30pm. A few weeks prior to your event you will receive a promotional packet consisting of posters, send-home flyers and wristbands to be sold as tickets. On the Friday of your event you arrive to a fun-filled event hosted by enthusiastic staff and bask in the accolades you’ll receive!
WHAT IS THE COST OF A FAMILY FUN NIGHT?
The Wings Center charges $4.50 for each wristband sold. Your school can charge whatever your school representatives decide, typically $6 to $10). Your school keeps the difference. Additional wristbands can be sold at the door. It’s a great deal for everyone and kids get loads of pure physical fun!
WHAT IF WE DON’T WANT TO MAKE IT A FUNDRAISER?
That’s great too. We call that a community builder! We’ll still provide a promotion packet to build up participation. For non-fundraising events, the fee is $6.50 per child.
