Overnighter. Sleepover. Lock-in. No matter what you call it, it’s guaranteed to be all-out good times! This is a tantalizing option for Scout Troops, Youth Groups, Birthday Parties, Sports Team Parties, and more.
Hours of non-stop fun await with activities such as Planet Kid*, rock climbing, inflatables, team-building challenges, sports games, and our giant foam pit! We’ll even project movies up on the wall. We have a large event room so you can bring in food and drinks for the complete extravaganza!
*Teen Groups will not have access to Planet Kid

IS FOOD PART OF THE PLAN?
You’re welcome to bring in food and drinks, or we can provide pizza and drinks for $4 per person.
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE ADULT SUPERVISION?
Yes, adult chaperones are required (no charge) – our staff will facilitate activities and provide safety oversight.
IS THERE ANY PAPERWORK REQUIRED FOR THE PARTICIPANTS?
All participants and chaperones must present a signed and completed Wings Center release form. Participants under 18 must have their legal parent or guardian sign their form. Those without this form will be restricted to bouldering near the floor only – no exceptions.
CAN THEY BRING A PERMISSION SLIP OR OTHER FORM OF REGISTRATION INSTEAD?
No, a written note of permission will not be accepted.
WHAT IS A BELAYER?
In the rock gym, a belayer is the climber’s partner who stays on the floor and controls the belay rope, allowing the climber to safely climb and then descend to the floor. The more belayers provided the more the kids will get to climb. Belayers must be at least 13 years of age.
WHAT IF OUR CHAPERONES DON’T KNOW HOW TO BELAY?
For the rock gym portion we will train chaperones how to belay climbers. For teen groups we will train them how to belay each other.
