FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Planning a party can be stressful, we know! Our goal is always to provide you with an experience that is as simple and straightforward as possible, combined with a day that your child will always remember.

Here you’ll find some of our most frequently asked questions. As always, feel free to reach out at the bottom of the page if anything else comes to mind that we missed!

How many people can fit in a party space?

Officially, the tables can seat 16-20 people and the bench seating around the sides of each space can seat another 16-20 people. So if you have a moment that you want everyone seated at the same time, around 40 people is our recommended maximum. That being said, in our experience, most of the kids will spend most of their time in the playground. Even a lot of adults who stay for the party will move back and forth between the party space and the playground so there is some flexibility. If you do have a larger party, we recommend booking a second party space or considering one of our Inflatable or Gymnastics parties that are hosted in a larger part of the building.

Can we bring food/drinks?

Absolutely! Aside from alcoholic beverages (which we do not have a license for) you can bring any food and drinks your heart desires! Party Pro Tip: A favorite go-to party snack is Costco pizza (located right on the other side of Cole Rd from us!)

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes, please! We love to see all the fun and creative party themes you and your kids come up with!! Feel free to make the space your own. We recommend regular tape or glue dots for most decorations, and our staff is happy to help you troubleshoot if you have any questions about specific decorations. Do we have time before/after our party to set up or is that included in the 2 hour party window?

When we say you get 2 hours of party time, we mean it! You are welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes before your party start time to make sure your space is the perfect vibe. Once your party wraps up, feel free to linger after the official party end time to load everything back up and make sure you’re not forgetting anything. Kids aren’t always ready for the party to end and that’s totally fine! We only ask that you’re considerate of the party after you and remove your belongings from the party space no more than 15 minutes after your party ends so that our staff has time to clean, sanitize, and reset.
