Girls Recreational Gymnastics Classes and Rates
Our girls gymnastics classes offer skill progressions on tumbling, dance elements, trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting. As each level is passed students receive a Certificate of Achievement. Self-discipline and organization are great side benefits of the concentration required to successfully perform the skills. Creativity occurs at the upper levels through the unique combination of skills.

AGES 8 TO 18 – Tumbling Technique (Co-ed class)
Students will learn proper technique and progressions for intermediate to advanced tumbling skills, utilizing our trampoline safety harnesses, tumble track, rod and spring floors, and foam landing pit.
Back handspring on the trampoline is required to enroll in the class.
