WINGS CENTER GYMNASTICS PARTIES

Our Gymnastics parties are hosted by our professional gymnastics coaches from Wings Centers gym. They will take your party through courses that will include bouncing, rolling, balancing, pushing & pulling for 1 hour. Younger children will have a blast on our pint-size equipment and our full-size equipment is perfect to challenge the older kids. Maximum number of participants is 10 kids. If you have a group larger than 10, we offer tiered pricing to account for additional gymnastics coaches so that everyone stays safe, organized, and having a great time! (Please select the correct number of additional kids as an add-on when booking for an accurate price estimate.) Adults and non-party participants are not allowed on gym equipment. NO EXCEPTIONS

*Every guest will be required to have an E-sign Liability Form completed before participation on the inflatable equipment link at top of page

Party duration: Total party time is 2 hours: 15 minutes of check in and guests get wiggles out, then 1 hour of gymnastics-led activities in the gym iwth a trained gymnastics coach, followed by 45 minutes in the party space. At the end of the gym party, you do have the option of adding discounted play at Planet Kid. Mention this to our staff during check out. Please note we start the Gym portion 15 minutes after your party start time to ensure guests have signed waiver and does not cut into gym time.

We provide
Gym staff-led activities for your kids and staff assistance to provide as much or as little help as you need to ensure your party runs smoothly. 2 hours total party time, 1 hour in our private party space and 1 hour of gymnastics coach-led activities that are tailored to suit children’s ages/abilities. Our staff is always hands on to help with anything you need to make your party great. We have tables that seat around 16-20 guests in an open room to create a private party space for your guests.

Optional Add-Ons: Choose any of our party add-ons ranging from all-inclusive decorations or a balloon garland to accompany your own decorations. Our all inclusive parties will leave you stress free as we handle filling the party station with decorations and supplies for your party and the clean up as well!

Parents provide any party decorations, food, and any drink items if needed. No alcohol or food heating appliances allowed. Suggestions: scissors, tape, sharpie, table cloths (6ft tables x2), cups, plates, napkins, utensils, lighter, candles, food, cake, and drinks.

NOTE: Please instruct your guests to enter through WINGS Center side Door 1.

Pricing Tiers:

$315 for up to 10 kids

$415 for 11-20 kids

$515 for 21-30 kids

$5 discounted All-Day Planet Kid admission for extra play time for each guest.

*Please provide us with the total number of participants to ensure compliance with our 1:10 coach to child ratio. We strictly adhere to our 1:10 ratio, for this reason if we only have 1 coach and 11 children a child may not be able to participate in the gym portion.

*A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking. Your deposit will go toward your final total, which will be calculated on the day of your party and will reflect your total number of invited guests as well as any add-ons you have selected. If there is a need to reschedule we will assist in finding a new time for your party.

*Unpaid parties at the end of the day will be charged the amount of party with a $30 no check out fee.

PARTY BOOKING ADD ON OPTIONS

ALL ADD-ONS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SELECT IN THE BOOKING LINK BELOW - PLEASE NOTE THESE OPTIONS ARE AN ADDITION TO YOUR GYMNASTICS PARTY PRICE OF $315.

1. Custom Decorated Party Station: $305 Just like a Planet Kid party but less stuff to bring with you! If decorating isn’t your thing or you just want to have more time to sit back and relax, we’ve got you covered! We provide a custom 12 foot balloon garland, photo booth backdrop, table settings for child guest count, use of our Bluetooth speaker. Our in house party planner will coordinate the details for your party decor. This option covers thru Tier 2. Guest counts in Tier 3 and above will add $50

2. Custom 12 ft Balloon Garland: $175 A simple balloon garland to spruce up your space, up to 3 colors to match your theme.

3. Photo Booth Backdrop: $175 A singe arched backdrop with balloons and accents customized to match your theme.

Onsite staff may not be able to answer specific questions, so please submit them here! All Parties and events are handled directly through our in-house event coordinator. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.


THINGS TO KNOW:

  • All party options require a non-refundable reservation deposit that will be applied toward party cost. Total is collected at the end of your party after an official attendee head count.

  • We do not allow walk-in parties. All parties must be scheduled through us to ensure quality and a reserved party space.

  • You are welcome to arrive 20 minutes prior to reservation time for decorating purposes.

  • Please enter through the Wings Center Door 1 , by calling 2083763641 ext 2 when you arrive.

  • Staff will collect final payment at the end of your party time. This ensures we get an accurate count of party participants.

  • Adults and non-party participants are not allowed on gymnastics equipment at any time.

  • If you are booking a Wings Gymnastics Party please send your guests a link to the liability release ahead of time to get the party started!
